Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of These Terms

fameviber operates this website from the United Kingdom and provides specialised online and in-person courses focused on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and professional management of television and streaming productions. By accessing or using any part of the site, registering for a course, or submitting information through the contact form you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and fameviber and incorporate the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK data protection legislation.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of England and Wales. You may use the site only for lawful purposes related to exploring, enrolling in or participating in our live production training programmes. Commercial resale or redistribution of course materials is prohibited. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for personal or professional development in broadcast and streaming operations.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its security features, upload malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape course content. You must not harass other users, post defamatory material, or engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of fameviber or its instructors. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Accounts, Submissions and User Content

When you create an account or submit enquiries via the contact form you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any content you submit, such as assignment uploads or feedback, remains your property but you grant fameviber a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it for course improvement and marketing within the limits of UK GDPR. You warrant that submitted material does not infringe third-party rights.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All text, images, video demonstrations, course outlines and software interfaces on the site are owned by fameviber or its licensors. You may view and download materials solely for your own training purposes. No other reproduction, modification or public display is permitted without prior written consent. Trade marks such as the fameviber logo may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may reference third-party platforms used for video hosting, payment processing or live streaming demonstrations. fameviber does not control these services and accepts no responsibility for their availability, content or data practices. Any reliance on third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

fameviber aims to keep the site available 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate accounts or courses for operational reasons, suspected breach of these terms or regulatory requirements. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may cancel your enrolment in accordance with the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where applicable.

Disclaimers Subject to Mandatory Consumer Law

Course content is provided for educational purposes and reflects current industry practices at the time of delivery. fameviber does not warrant that completion of any course will guarantee employment or specific technical outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to the paragraph above, fameviber’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and reflects the commercial nature of the training services offered.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fameviber, its directors and instructors from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of course materials, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution schemes approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last Updated

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. fameviber may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the site or by email to registered users.
